For your convenience, Stuart Downtown Auction offers several options for participating in the bidding process.
TELEPHONE BIDDING
Telephone bidding is available on items for $500 or more. Please contact our office 772-291-2806 before 3pm day of auction to arrange to have one of our representatives bid on your behalf via telephone.
ABSENTEE BIDDING
Absentee Bidding is available if you are unable to attend the auction. We will represent your bid up to, but not more than the maximum bid amount specified
LIVE BIDDING
Live bidding is always available. Registration begins 1 hour prior to the start of the auction. At this time we are following all Covid 19 recommended guidelines.

Selling Process
Selling at Auction begins with looking at photographs. Please send photos to info@stuartdowntownauction.com along with your name & phone number and one of your experienced staff will contact you.
Items will then be evaluated by our certified appraisers.
We make arrangements for all your packing and moving needs.
We pay our sellers within 10 business days of your items selling at auction.
Terms & Conditions
15% Buyers Premium will be added to All Bids
Martin County Sales Tax 6.5% applies
Pick Up Times include day of auction and Thursday & Friday following the auction 10-3
All Items remaining on premises will be charged $10 per day after Friday unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
